The Seminar explores potential opportunities to address existing challenges to achieve gender equality in education. It provides a platform for dialogue on girls’ and women’s education, particularly in the context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and specifically on SDG4.

The International Seminar on Girls’ and Women’s Education will bring together local and international participants, particularly experts on the thematic, the Jury members of the UNESCO Prize for Girl’s and Women’s Education, the laureates of the UNESCO Prize for Girl’s and Women’s Education and of the UNESCO Confucius Prize.
